was during 1990’s. But what has happened since then? Has regeneration worked in
the way it was designed too? Does it have the facilities it needs? Is Hulme ‘better’?
Have local people been able
to ‘grow’ their community? If not, why?
What about the wider view? Is there another vision for Manchester? What's happening next?
